Description of the project:

The aim of the Programme is to recruit a group of mid to senior level officials, managers, and university professors from the government, enterprises, and other public sectors from developing countries who are working in the field of information and communications, and have demonstrated superior performance, both academically and practically. In a two-year period of studying, professional knowledge of information and communication engineering will be demonstrated to trainees. Assorted practical activities will be arranged in the process of the programme.
Through two years of professional learning in China, target trainees are capable of becoming high-caliber and interdisciplinary talents in the field of information and communications. Women trainees are prioritised to participate in the learning programme.
