Description of the project:

This seminar will present lectures by using the method of theory teaching integrated with site visits to help all the participants acquire the skills to develop a national ICT plan and improve ICT infrastructure. Main courses include: The analysis of ICT development in the national economy; Best practices of ICT planning in China and other developed countries; ICT talents cultivation cases. The seminar will also arrange visits to the Huawei Exhibition Hall for participants to have an intuitive understanding of the world’s leading ICT solutions and theory of national ICT planning. Furthermore, this seminar will also include site visits to well-known enterprises in Chengdu and Guangzhou city.
This seminar will introduce the development and achievement in the field of ICT Planning and Development, and help participants have a better understanding of the current situation, future trends, and positive experience in this field. This seminar hopes to establish a platform between China and African countries to communicate and promote cooperation.
